Leiva is the most popular climbing zone in the Región de Murcia. It es located in a magnificent scene; its south wall arises vertical over the valley that gives it the name, emerging among the pinewoods as an island of rocky cliffs. With a perfect cut of almost 200 meters height and more than 2 kilometers length, "Los Cejos de Valdecanales" as it was called by the villagers in the past, forms a calcareous fault of a great beauty, sourrounded by impressive mountains which confer the environ an abrupt and loner aspect.
